City culture: Long Garden Center - the free culture gallery
Art exhibition: oil, photography, illustration and origami
The artists Annette Bindernagel, Sara Abdelaal and Tahmineh Sezavar exhibit their art together, which was also created during the crisis. On display are photographs of Alexandria and Hildesheim photographed by Sara Adelaal, illustrations of monsters designed by Tahmineh Sezavar and a series of pictures by Annette Bindernagel with the theme "Hope carries everything", which focuses on the themes of Corona and flight.

Welcome to the free cultural gallery Langer Garten Mitte! In the middle of the city center at Almsstraße 15, the Kulturgalerie Langer Garten Mitte has popped up from June to the end of August. A pop-up store for culture or what? Not quite! The KUFA, together with the IQ, the intelligent interest connection for culture, the Theaterhaus and the Pengo network, opened a gallery for three months. Here, the groups show what's happening in the cultural scene right now, but that's only part of the concept.
Because here is also a place for the project you just worked on, where you can meet other people, have a coffee and network with each other.
The free cultural gallery changes every few weeks, sometimes there is an exhibition, an installation or a concert.
What's always available: Coffee on a donation basis and time for inspiring conversations and ideas.
If you want to do something: feel free to come by and ask!

Opening hours:
Mondays: 4 to 6 p.m. (under the supervision of Pengo)
Tuesdays: 3 - 7 pm (under the supervision of the theater house)
Wednesdays: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. (under supervision of the KUFA)
Thursdays: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. (under supervision of the KUFA)
Fridays: 3 - 7 p.m. (under supervision of the KUFA)

Due to Corona, currently a maximum of 16 people can be in the gallery at the same time. Wearing a mouthguard is also important here. However, this is not necessary at the tables outside.
