City culture: Fermenting: Radish Kimchi - in cooperation with the Student Union
Online workshop
Pickle food and thus make it last longer? This is no longer old-fashioned but is very trendy! Now in summer radishes are abundant and can pickle them together. As radish kimchi with ginger and scallions, they get a hot and spicy flavor and keep wonderfully for several months in the fridge!

The workshop will take place digitally via Jitsi. You can register by email at kontakt@faserwerk.info. Material packages can be picked up at the Faserwerk always on the day before the workshop (Mondays between 3 and 7 pm). After registration, participants will receive a material list with things to have ready at home and the link to the digital event room with the registration confirmation.
